I used Perfect Home to replace my teak front door with a Palladio composite one. I contacted Perfect Home via their website and received a very quick response from Voytek, who was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their quote was very competitive and was followed up with a visit by Voytek to view and measure for the job. He provided a full description of the works to be completed and a project timeline that was followed.
Lukas, the technician installing the door was very friendly, courteous and very tidy. I am very happy with the composite door and the service provided. I would highly recommend Perfect Home.

Great service from Perfect Home and Anthony in particular. He was such a professional and such a nice guy, really went out of his way to make sure that everything was 100% right. He was out to the house twice, first to review everything and then to do the do the full job, and was on time to the minute both days. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough to anyone looking to further insulate their house.

It originally took months before we finally got an appointment, can't fault the guy who did the initial consultation and the actual work but the pre-and after sales department is such a let down that we can no longer recommend this company. Been waiting nearly a month now to get my invoice and still haven't received it despite asking for it multiple times.

Our window seals and hinges were 20+ years old, and you could feel the breeze in some rooms. That's a thing of the past now with new seals and hinges all around. The rooms are much warmer, and quieter too. The guys from Perfect Home and Windows were polite, professional, neat workers and good value. Would recommend them to everyone.

The majority of the work was carried out by an employee named Kalim
He was a joy to have in our home
He was polite - professional - experienced - and extremely tidy
Kalim addressed me as "Sir" when he spoke
I did not expect or need to be called Sir but it was indicative of his overall demanour.
The doors are absolutely fabulous
I would recommend this company as top class
My neighbour who also had doors installed expressed the same sentiment

I would highly reccommend Perfect Home Windows! From the initial appointment, the service work itself and the payment methods utilized by the company! The service is fast, efficient and convenient! We used their services twice over the last few years. First call was with Wojciech, he is just amazing :) The recent call was with Anthony, he was our engineer for the day and he did great work, he called 30 min before arrival, did the job fast and without any disruptions ( I was working from home that day). Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every way! He gave us great tips as well! We would be definitely be using Perfect Home again :)

Great and efficient service by Anthony. We moved into our first home a few months ago and right away noticed that all the windows and doors weren't sealed well. We called around a few companies but went with Perfect Home as the price & service seemed to be much better. Our previously coldest room in the house is now the warmest.
